With more than 600 flavors, our natural gelato is created using basic ingredients and old-fashioned methods... not from artificial powders and mixes.

Healthy Option

There's a distinct difference between gelato and traditional ice cream. Our natural gelato is prepared with 4-8% butterfat, which means it's a healthier alternative to ice cream. With traditional ice cream, producers must add extra fat to obtain a genuine taste. With our gelato, this added fat is not necessary since the exceptional flavors come from the density of the final product.

Our amazing product is produced by Palazzolo's Artisan Gelato and Sorbetto in Saugatuck, Michigan. At their production facility, CEO Pete and his staff of chefs produce a huge selection of artisan gelato and sorbetto. Their finished product is transported via freezer trucks to our cold storage warehouse in Phoenix or directly to your independent Italian ice cream business or franchise location.
