Gelato Factoids
Nick's Gelato and Sorbetto

Gelato was invented around the 4th Century B.C.   Roman Emperor Nero ordered ice brought down from nearby mountains which was then combined with fruit toppings.

Once gelato finally arrived in the United States, it was served to important dignitaries such as George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, and Dolly Madison.

Gelato Cases & Cafe Designs

nick’s gelato™ offers only natural gelato and sorbetto products. While we prefer to concentrate our efforts on selling our brand, we realize you may be in need of gelato cases or entire cafes for your display. Below are a few of the many authentic Italian gelato cases and full cafes we recommend. The cases range from a smaller 6-pan case to a 24-pan professional case, while cafe designs are numerous. These are all imported from the manufacturer "Frigomeccanica," Palazzolo's Italian partner who custom builds and designs cafes they install for businesses throughout Italy. Let us assist you in dazzling your customers!
