Natural Gelato Recipes

Since we use natural ingredients in our gelato production process, we differentiate our products from many other suppliers that often use artificial flavorings, mixes, gels, pastes, and powders. Due to the pure nature of our gelatos and sorbettos, our shelf life is longer than most competitors, whether frozen or displayed.

Shelf Life

The shelf life of Nick’s Gelato™ is 12 or more months. Freshly-made gelato is cooled to about -20 degrees Fahrenheit and readied for delivery. Store your gelato at around -10 degrees Fahrenheit in a separate freezer to ensure freshness up to its shelf life. Display case serving temperature should not exceed five degrees Fahrenheit to ensure gelato is fresh and appealing for weeks making you and your customers happy!
